Drawing from a multitude of professional experiences in nonprofit and for profit sectors, I use data and evidence-based best practices and strategies to help teams achieve their goals. I offer consulting and technical assistance in diversity, equity and inclusion, longitudinal studies, strategic planning, nonprofit governance, resource and asset development, and searches for BIPOC candidates to fill executive and board positions.
I thoroughly enjoy working with choral musicians and sharing my expertises in historically-informed Baroque performance practice and the works Black composers. In addition to guest conducting and masterclassing, I offer coaching and guidance in: building equitable choral communities, diverse and inclusive repertoire, and building anti-racist choral classrooms and choral communities.
